Workers in safety vests walking down a warehouse aisle

Good work starts before the first shift.

Recruitment, preparation and ongoing communication belong in the same conversation. We focus on understanding the work and helping people understand what is expected.

01

Recruitment

Start with the role, location, schedule and required experience. We discuss the assignment with employers and candidates so both sides can make an informed decision.

02

Training

Preparation matters. Our training program includes OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 classes; applicants can contact us about the class that fits their work and responsibilities.

How we're different.

The way we work matters as much as the people we place.

A team in a manufacturing workplace

Flexibility

Start with your operation, not a fixed formula. We discuss placement models, schedules and changing needs around the work.

Training

Safety education is part of the conversation. Our OSHA class application gives people a direct way to ask about the next step in their training.

Commitment & Reliability

Set clear expectations and keep communication open. We take the details of an assignment seriously, from the first conversation onward.

Professionalism

Respect for the workplace and the people in it. Clear responsibilities, straightforward communication and a practical approach to the job.

Experience & Multicultural Teamwork

Construction roots and a bilingual perspective shape how we work. We value experience, different backgrounds and communication that brings people together.

03

Education

Keep learning connected to the job. We encourage questions about safety, expectations and development, with communication in English and Spanish.

04

Retention

A good match is about more than the start date. Clear expectations and communication help employers and team members address concerns as the work develops.
